  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and kept in original condition with all original packaging, accessories and labels intact.
  • Clearance items, customized products are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  2. Shipping Fees for Returns
  • For defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped items caused by us: We will bear the return shipping cost. You can choose a full refund or free replacement.
  • For returns due to personal preference, size issues or other non-quality reasons: The buyer shall be responsible for all return shipping fees. The original shipping cost paid when placing the order is non-refundable.
